A super simple, refreshing and very aesthetically pleasing summer drink that originated from Mexico. Palomas can be made either with grapefruit soda or a mix of grapefruit juice and soda water.

A traditional Paloma will have a pale, reddish-orange hue when made with soda water, but can also have a vibrant pink-ish pop if you prefer to use grapefruit soda.
They smell just as good as they taste, with a complementing sharp, citrusy scent with a bitter edge.
