One of France's most recognisable aperitifs, the French 75 (understandably just called 'The 75' in France) is a small drink that packs a surprisingly big punch.
It makes an incredible addition to any important (or not!) breakfast or brunch.
You'll need...

Glass: Flute
25ml Gin
12.5ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
75ml Champagne
Lemon Twist

Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker

Add ice and shake, then strain into the glass with no ice

Fill the glass with champagne

Garnish with a lemon twist
