Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
• 20ml Dark Rum
• 20ml Spiced Rum
• 20ml White Rum
• 50ml Pineapple Juice
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Grapefruit Juice
• 10ml Triple Sec
• 10ml Grenadine
• 10ml Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura
• Pineapple Wedge
• Mint Sprig
• Cocktail Cherry
Steps:
• Add all ingredients into a shaker tin
• Half fill the shaker with ice and shake hard
• Single strain into a glass full of ice
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge, mint sprig and cherry
