White Ladies are light and delicious to drink, and taste very similar to sours only except they contain triple sec and gin.
The egg white, used as an emulsifier, is completely optional in this recipe
Glass: Coupe
Ingredients:
• 30ml Gin
• 30ml Triple Sec
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• 20ml Egg White
• 10ml Sugar Syrup
Steps:
• Add all the ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake hard
• Add ice and shake again
• Double strain into a glass with no ice
