Despite South American ingredients and meaning 'nap' in Spanish, it was actually invented in New York as recently as 2006.

The bitter taste of campari is complemented by the citrus of the grapefruit and sweetness of sugar, topped off with the bite from the tequila!

Glass: Lowball/Coupe

Ingredients:
• 50ml Tequila
• 25ml Grapefruit Juice
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 12.5ml Campari
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
• Grapefruit Slice

Steps:
• Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
• Fill to the brim with ice and shake
• Strain into a lowball glass with over cubed ice, or double strain into a coupe with no ice
• Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
