Despite being a relatively new on the scene (born in London in 2002), the Pornstar Martini has solidified itself as one of the most popular and well-recognised cocktails of all time.
Famously short and sweet, its served and sipped in almost every bar, pub and restaurant in trendy metropolitan areas and has been the cause of many unresolved debates as to how to actually drink it with its prosecco sidekick or whether or not its a 'real' Martini (its not!)
Glass: Martini/Coupe
Ingredients:
• 50ml Vanilla Vodka or 50ml Vodka & 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
• 25ml Passionfruit Liqueur
• 30ml Passionfruit Syrup
• 30ml Pineapple Juice
• Half a Passionfruit
• 25ml Prosecco
Steps:
• Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin
• Fill the shaker with ice to the brim
• Shake hard to produce a foamy head
• Garnish with half a passionfruit and a shot of prosecco on the side
