Literally meaning 'strained pineapple' in Spanish, the Piña Colada is another cocktail who's name and reputation precedes it due to its distinctive tropical, sweet and fruity flavour and its thick, creamy texture.

It is often the first choice for cocktail virgins because of its familiar tastes and smells and unbelievably straightforward to put together yourself

Glass: Belgium

Ingredients:
• 50ml Coconut Rum
• 50ml Half & Half
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
• 12.5ml Coconut Syrup or Cream
• 20ml Coconut Water
• 50ml Pineapple Juice
• Pineapple Wedge
• Pineapple Leaf

Steps:
• Fill a cocktail shaker with all the ingredients
• Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard
• Single strain into a glass over crushed ice
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf
