Created out of necessity when a bartender found himself needing to get rid of a surplus of copper cups and Smirnoff Vodka. His concoction turned out to be significantly more popular than he imagined and is now a certified International Bartenders Association (IBA) approved cocktail!
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
• 50ml Vodka
• 300ml Ginger beer
• 6 lime wedges
Steps:
• Add 5 lime wedges to the glass and muddle the limes to squeeze the juices out
• Add ice cubes to the glass
• Add the vodka
• Fill the glass with ginger beer and churn the ingredients with a bar spoon
• Garnish with the last lime wedge
