With a reputation of being one of the 'strongest' cocktails out there, it's no wonder that the Long Island Iced Tea is one of the most sought after drinks in cocktail bars across the country.

It's a surprisingly palatable mix of five white spirits, but oftentimes just 4/5 will do in any combination.

Glass: Highball

Ingredients:
• 12.5ml Vodka
• 12.5ml Rum
• 12.5ml Gin
• 12.5ml Tequila
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• Cola
• Lemon Wedge

Steps:
• Add all the ingredients except the cola into a shaker
• Add ice and shake, then strain into the glass over ice
• Slowly pour the cola over the mix so that it floats seprately on top
• Garnish with a lemon wedge
