An amazing and incredibly simple french aperitif made with just two ingredients - champagne and Crème de Casis, a blackcurrant liqueur - but Chambord is a suitable subsitute.

It is a twist on the french wine cocktail 'Kir', which follows the same recipe except with 250ml of white wine instead of champagne.

Glass: Flute

Ingredients:
• 20ml Blackcurrant Liqueur
• 100ml Champagne
• 1 Blackberry

Steps:
• Pour the blackberry liqueur into the glass
• Fill the class with Champagne
• Garnish with a blackberry.
