Colourful to the eye and sweet to the tastebuds, the Jungle Bird is a great tiki cocktail featuring Campari, for those who love the bold clashes of flavours from the sweetness of rum, pineapple and sugar balanced out with the bitterness of the Italian liqueuer.

Glass: Lowball

• 50ml Dark Rum
• 50ml Pineapple Juice
• 25ml Campari
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
• 10ml Grenadine
• Pineapple Wedge
• Pineapple Leaf

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Fill the shaker with ice and shake
• Strain into a glass full of cubed ice
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge
