An iconic delight that will feature in any self-respecting cocktail bar. Like many rum-based drinks, the Daiquiri was an old navy favourite but has stood the test of time to become a household name.

Like Margaritas, you can expect to find Daiquiris in frozen form in a vast range of different flavours.

Glass: Coupe/Martini

• 50ml White Rum
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
o Add 25ml of any fruit puree to make it a fruit daiquiri
• Lime Wedge

• Add all ingredients into a shaker tin
• Fill the shaker with ice and shake
• Double strain into a glass with no ice
• Garnish with a lime wedge
