A twist on the Brazillian favourite, the Caipirinha, Caipiroskas differ in taste by being more sharp and bitter.

Its less commonly known as 'caipivodka' and 'caipirodka' and is enjoyed in other South American countries outside of Brazil.

Like the original, Caipiroskas can be muddled together with other fruits like strawberries to make it more dynamic!

Glass: Lowball

• 60ml Vodka
• 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
• 6 lime wedges

• Muddle the limes and brown sugar together in an empty glass
• Half fill the glass with crushed ice
• Pour in the vodka and churn with a bar spoon
• Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice
