The Blue Lagoon is a refreshing cocktail that blends the sharp citrus flavour of lemon with the smooth edge of vodka - a perfect combination!
Be mindful not to confuse the Blue Lagoon with the Blue Hawaiian - another bright blue delight, that has a rum base.
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
• 25ml Vodka
• 25ml Blue Curacao
• 300ml Lemonade
• 1 Lemon Slice
• 1 Cocktail Cherry
Steps:
• Pour the vodka and blue curacao directly into the glass over cubed ice
• Fill the glass with lemonade and stir briefly
• Garnish with the lemon slice and cocktail cherry
