A Bloody Maria is the Mexican cousin of the popular yet divisive Bloody Mary. The key difference is that a Bloody Maria is made with tequila while a Bloody Mary is made with vodka. Bloody Marias are also jazzed up with southern american spices and flavours and tend to have a much bigger kick!

Glass: Highball

Ingredients:
• 50ml Vodka
• 200ml Tomato Juice
• 2 dashes of habanero sauce
• 1 dash of Worchester Sauce
• Pinch of chilli flakes
• Pinch of salt
• Lime Juice
• 1 stick of celery
• Lime wedge

Steps:
• Add all the ingredients together in a shaker tin, and add extra habanero sauce, chilli and salt to taste
• Add ice to the shaker, and put a strainer on top
• Pour the liquid between tins/glasses to four times. This is called throwing
• Single strain into a glass over cubed ice
• Garnish with a stick of celery and a lime wedge
