As classically Italian as pizza itself, the Americano is the lesser-known predecessor to the world-famous Negroni. They share a very similar taste however the Americano is much lighter and easier to drink.
For a sweeter, bubblier version with a little more kick, try a Negroni Sbagliato.
Glass: Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
• 25ml Campari
• 25ml Sweet Vermouth
• 50ml Soda Water
• Orange Slice
Steps:
• Pour the ingredients directly into the glass over ice
• Stir briefly with a bar spoon
• Garnish with an orange slice
