With such an enigmatic name and tasteful ingredients, it's good to know that a Champagne Cocktail does exactly what it says on the the tin.

You'll need...
Glass: Champagne Flute
• 20ml Brandy
• 100ml Champagne
• 1 Brown Sugar Cube
• Angostura Bitters

Place the sugar cube at the bottom of the glass and douse it with one dash of angostura bitters
